Description The building is attractive in art deco style from the outside. The main pool which is open air is warmish. There are two semi enclosed small hot thermal pools either side of the main pool which were very hot the day we visited (November). Almost too hot to sit in. The pools were a tad run down I felt, changing facilities are very basic. Definitely could do with some updating. [Kate, ]

- spent an evening at their dinner and show a few weeks ago - was probably the most enjoyable evening we've spent in many, many years. the entire evening from start to finish was impeccably planned and executed, I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for an evenings entertainment in Rotorua! expensive but well worth it.

- I like to take my 4yo son swimming here on Sunday. There are usually few people there, but I'm not unhappy about that, it's nice and peaceful. Exc value for money if you get a 10 visit concession card.

- Simply incredible, went there on a warm Saturday afternoon and had the whole place to ourselves. A lot of history around there and a beautiful place to while away a few hours.

- Brings out the history in all of us. As well as it being a pool, it is also a museum and a very old one at that. More than 16 years old and still standing
