The staff/owners here are just plain unhelpful and nasty. Never have I paid money to someone and been treated like a major inconvenience. Had there been another place to stay I would have told them where to shove it. RUDE! Also, try phoning up and seeing if there is a room available, you will be scoffed at if there isn’t and made to feel more unwelcome than when you actually stay there. They should own a snobby store in Remuera not a place that is meant to be fun and good for a break. Shame on you all. Just disgusting. Will NEVER even spit in your derection let alone pay you money again.
