Take a towel to sit on as the wooden seats do get very wet. Two covered foot pools and one uncovered pool. Stay on the path though as the ground is unpredictable [Shelley, Rotorua]

I was surprised how long my feet felt wonderful after paddling in the pool. I would recommend the pools to anybody and a nice place to chat with travellers.
i remember swimming in the pools when toot and whisle was running it was all ways a good day when we got to jump in . i still go there so look around . and soak my legs and feet .

Nice idea, but for a city park the late afternoon felt unsafe. My family were hassled and threatened by youths wanting money.
