Hi Andrew, Thankyou for your feedback. The team at Miranda Holiday Park are very sorry for the incovenient power outage at the park when you stayed. Together with the power compay that owns the infrustucture in our area, steps have been taken to upgrade the power supply to the park so that power outages are minimised. Most holiday parks do thier cleaning between 10am and 1pm so it is ready for guests checking in the afternoon. You will be happy to here we have upgraded the couches and drapes in our chalets and they look rather smart. In consultation with the owners of the park, it was decided that because the power was off for a short time a 50% refund was offered.
