The website stated they are open until 9pm tonight. We arrived at 7.30pm and the lady at reception bluntly informed us that bookings for private pools are essential and they are fully booked tonight. We asked to use the public spa and she said that it is drained at this time of night. We suggested that they update the website to show that, since it says they are open till 9pm. The lady said, in a dismissive tone of voice, “I only work here”.
