Dear Mr R. Norgate. What disappointing comments you had to make. I am very sorry that you felt the need to do so. Just been through all my records and can not see when and in which room you stayed here. The Holiday Park has been very busy over the past few weeks and while most customers are very happy here, there is always the odd dissatisfied person, but we take great pride in always attending to problems and manage to remedy these when made aware of it at the time.
