Immediately after your complaint on Sunday morning, the flat you and your family stayed in for one night was cleaned and inspected and our usual careful cleaning routines applied to prepare it for our next arrivals that night. As expected, no cockroaches were found and our guests that same night were very pleased with their accommodation. That same flat has been sucessfully let out again to two separate travelers following your visit. The same flat had also been occupied by several travelers the week previous to your stay and none had mentioned cockroaches or any other issues with the flat. Can you please get in touch with me and let me know where you found cockroaches, maybe we missed something?
