this woman is the most unwelcoming host i have ever had the misfortune to come across,not only is she unprofessional but is money hungry and charges for everything in the camp ,including tv room.she also thinks she has the right to enter cabins ,caravans at all times ,she walked into ours several times .the camp itself is unclean and infested.the pools are constantly empty and to use them she also charges,it is a shame as te aroha is such a beautiful place but this matriarch is ruining the reputation on a daily basis ,and she has a bad reputation in surrounding areas.i would recommend going a few miles up the rd to opal springs where the hosts are amazing and friendly,the camp is clean and affordable also .and everything as with most campsites are inclusive in the price.
