on arrival was informed they do not have eftpos. Left in a quandary as to how to pay.Was told by staff our business cheque payment was ok. However about 10pm that night owner (Anna) knocked on door of unit demanding I confirm my credit card details that I had given upon booking the day before. . I couldn’t do so as I had left my credit card at home, so was informed if I did not pay cash right then and there then my husband, myself and my 3 children would have to leave immediately. I said to Anna that it was late and where would we go if I could not come up with the money then and there. She said she did not care, it was not her problem and once again informed we would need to leave immediately. Luckily, my children had not spent their spending money and I was able to use their money till I was able to go to the ATM the next day. Felt this was really unprofessional. Surely, when booking staff could mention payment by cash only. Really put a damper on what should have been a good time
