I stayed in Tui Cottage in May 2013. I arrived 1 day earlier than I had booked due to a disappointment at a previous place (Golden Springs) but the manager was very accommodating. The only disappointment was that due to the weather (severe thunderstorms and heavy rain) the pool could not be used. I must have looked stricken because he came over and said if the storms held off for another hour he would make sure the pool was up and running that evening, which (hooray!) it was. I was the only bather. My only criticism is that the pool is not very hot, maybe 32?, not very deep. and the concrete is a bit rough, but it was ethereal lying there watching the stars with the clouds scudding across the sky. Tui Cottage is highly recommended – all mod cons, beaut bed so a good sleep and inexpensive for what it was.
