Te Aroha Holiday Park and Hot Pools

dont belive what you see on web site this place is nothing like its pictures.having stayed one nite never again the lighting is poor in the camp ,the rock pool is a jokejust warm .to top it of no power no running water due to transformer explodingdown the road .no communication to tell us of power cuts and no water untill we were leaving another camper told us .when approaching anna about this matter stating we felt a partial refund should have been offered back to us promptly got told its out of my hands .it was the nite from hell people driving around the camp on the grass torchs outside our cambin being shone in window .hearing the sirens then a loud speaker we had no idea what the hell was going on and being in pitch black darkness was a terrifyingevent .couldnt flush toilet or get a glass of water we will never step foot back in this camp again and friends and family shell be told to stay well clear .
