It’s not the fact that the lady owner double booked us that bothers me, it’s the fact that she denied responsibility and made it out to be our fault. And to make herself feel better, she suddenly invented a rule that we’re not allowed to use the trampaline in the courtyard, despite us having used it on previous occasions with her knowledge. Her blame shifting and passive aggressive rule inventing was a blemish on our otherwise pleasant holiday.
