Te Puia Springs Hotel

Hi there, We called in twice this week to indulge in a hot soak and we were going to use the hotel as a base to come and go however, no one came to the door , no one answered the phone both times. We want to know where you are and who you are. Look forward to your reply. HELEN & GORDON
