We recently visited the pools, I have been before and found them great value for money. On the most resent visit we had the unfortunate luck to encounter the lady which seemed to be the person in charge(older of the two ladies). Starting with the foul scary look on the lady’s face to her extremely abrupt and loud manner the whole encounter was scary and rude and I am hesitant to return with such crap, rude service.
