They tried to sell us a half used, grimy and dirty container of sunscreen for $12 – I think that sums up the Waingaro Hot Springs pretty well!
In a few words: Filthy water, filthy facilities, bad service, overpriced, falsely advertised. I hope someone buys this place and transforms it into what it could be. An utter embarrassment to the region and the country. Do not believe the false reviews. Should be shut down.
